Service Completion & Refund Disclaimer

At Assured Driving Academy, we are committed to providing reliable, professional, and high-quality service to all our students and clients.. Once our instructors or representatives have fulfilled the agreed-upon service, such as:

• Providing behind-the-wheel instruction
• Transporting students to and from the MVA
• Delivering any other contracted service

— the service is considered completed and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome at the MVA or any third-party agency.

Cancellations or Denied Tests

If a student’s road test is cancelled, denied, or rescheduled due to reasons beyond our control, such as:
Incomplete or missing documentation
Failure by another school to transmit classroom results
MVA administrative issues or eligibility restrictions

Assured Driving Academy will not issue refunds or credits, as our team has already fulfilled the agreed service (including time, transportation, and instructor commitment).

By booking or receiving services with Assured Driving Academy, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to serve every student with professionalism, fairness, and integrity.
