REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Assured Driving Academy LLC
Registration Fee
A $25 registration fee applies to all enrollments. This fee is non-refundable once registration has been processed.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the written request is received.
A $10 processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
Class Rescheduling Request.
Students may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future session before the scheduled start date.
One class rescheduled request is permitted at no charge.
Additional class rescheduling requests are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
Classroom Course Refunds
Students who withdraw before the first day of class may be eligible for a refund, less the $25 registration and $10 processing fees.
No refunds will be issued after a student has attended any portion of the classroom program.
Behind-the-Wheel Appointments
Behind-the-Wheel appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Students who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
Administrative Services
Fees paid for administrative services already rendered, including enrollment processing, account setup, schedule changes, document preparation, verification requests, and class rescheduling requests, are non-refundable.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Exceptions
Assured Driving Academy reserves the right to review individual circumstances and make exceptions when deemed appropriate.
